Failure to attend your appointment on the
day will incur 100% charge.
Last minute cancellation 24 hours prior to
appointment will incur 50% charge (if this appointment is not filled)
Please note if you wish to cancel a 48 hours notice is required.

CORRECTION POLICY
Polite Notice
If you experience any issues with your full set or infills, please inform us within 72 hours so we can correct this for you.
After this period, any adjustments will no longer be complimentary, as lash shedding or insufficient aftercare may be the cause.
We kindly ask that you respect our policy.

A 30-minute Top Up is not an infill.
This appointment is a mini refresh in between your regular 2-week infill.
It’s perfect if you’ve experienced a lash shed or would like a quick top-up before a special event.
Booking information
PARKING
We have three spaces available on our driveway for clients.
If these are occupied, you’re welcome to pop in and check whether the previous client is leaving so you can take their space.
Additional parking can be found in the pay-and-display bays on Albert Road, or by using the JustPark app to locate a nearby space. Lidl also offers 90 minutes free parking and is just a 3-minute walk away.
Please note that if you arrive late due to parking, we are unfortunately unable to extend your appointment time.
